What began as a personal experiment in gut health — trying the 30 Plants a Week approach to eating — has turned into a fun, sometimes chaotic, always honest adventure toward better family nutrition. We don’t follow any strict diets, and we’re far from perfect, but we’re committed to adding more variety to our meals, bringing more color to our plates, and, hopefully, improving our health along the way.
